Deburring

Edge finishing built into the job — parts that are safe to handle, clean to assemble, and ready for whatever comes next.

Why It Matters

The difference between cut and finished.

Cutting leaves burrs — sharp raised edges that cut hands, scratch mating surfaces, and interfere with assembly. Deburring removes them so parts come out of the box ready to use.

  • Safe handling — no sharp edges on production floors
  • Clean assembly — mating faces sit flush
  • Better finishing — coatings adhere properly to smooth edges
